At Fox Property we provide a comprehensive Letting service which includes the following;

Residential Lettings

Our dedicated Lettings team will look after all your requirements with respect to the letting of your investment property. We will look after:

• The Advertisement of your property.
• The arrangement of viewings of the property.
• Screening of potential tenants to include all reference documents and photographic ID.
• The preparation of the Inventory of the property on your behalf.
• The transfer of all Utility Bills into the tenants name(s).
• The preparation of the Lease Agreement and registration forms.
• The setting up of Standing Orders for all rental payments.

In respect of all Letting Agreements, tenants will be required to pay one month Security Deposit together with the fist months rent in advance prior to the handover of keys to your property.

At Fox Property we will remain in contact with the tenant for the first two weeks to help both parties through the initial settling-in period.
